As a way of marking Shabbat UK in our Kehilla, I would like to encourage all men (who are able) to come to Shul on Friday 5 minutes before Mincha (which is at 5.35pm) to attend a short, inspirational address before davening. Similarly ladies are encouraged to make this Shabbos special by being ready to light Shabbos candles 5 minutes before the published time and to use the extra time to recite some Tehillim.
